Every consensus change Zcash has activated, with the exact block height it took effect at. These are the vertical markers you see on the charts — each one a rule the whole network agreed to at a fixed block, not an estimate.

A fresh shielded pool with the fixed circuit baked in, so value can be re-proven as it crosses. Orchard drains through the turnstile into it.
