▍How it is computed
Since NU6 a share of each block subsidy accrues to a consensus-enforced lockbox; releases require a later network upgrade. Balance read from the node's value pools; accrual and payout derived from the subsidy schedule and observed releases.
▍How to read it
The step down in November 2025 is NU6.1 releasing accumulated funds to the grant programme. The lockbox is the one pool where the balance is a policy choice, not user behaviour.
